We want every guest to be completely satisfied. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Reservation Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your reservation time.
- Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a $15 per guest fee charged to the card on file.
- No-shows may be charged the full $15 per guest fee.
2. Online Order Refunds
- If your order has not yet been prepared, you may cancel for a full refund by calling (302) 855-5200.
- If your order has been prepared but not picked up or delivered, a 50% refund applies.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours. We will gladly remake the dish or issue a full refund at our discretion.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire and may be used toward any in-restaurant or online purchase.
5. Private Events & Catering
A deposit is required to secure private events. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event; non-refundable thereafter. Full balances are due 48 hours before the event.
